Iina has been working more than a decade in strategic ICT, digital sourcing and category management roles across e.g. manufacturing, service provider, airline and construction industries with global and regional responsibilities. Iina’s area of expertise is software and cloud services which have been evolving from perpetual and term-based licenses to data-oriented business platform sourcing driven by the era of digital transformation. Iina has had amazing opportunities of being part to adapt and drive the role of ICT sourcing to be an integral part of the value creation within different type of organizations. As of today, Iina is responsible for overseeing IT Procurement team, driving strategic IT supply chain development, and building capabilities within IT sourcing and vendor management at NCC.
